I acknowledge and agree that by submitting this form, Gateway Arts Limited may collect, use, and disclose my personal information for donation processing and related communication purposes.
I understand that as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), Gateway Arts Limited is able to issue tax-deductible receipts for eligible donations. All donations of $50 and above qualify for a 250% tax deduction, subject to IRAS requirements. Donors are required to provide their name as per NRIC/FIN/UEN and their Tax Reference Number (NRIC/FIN/UEN) for tax deduction purposes.
I further acknowledge that all donations made in Singapore Dollars to Gateway Arts Limited are voluntary and non-refundable. I confirm that I have reviewed and verified my donation details before proceeding.
