Our mental well-being plays an important role in managing stress and responding to challenges in our lives. If you need a safe space or someone to talk to, these helplines are here to help you.

Hotlines

Care Corner serves children with learning needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds, youth-at-risk, troubled families, vulnerable seniors and individual with counselling and mental health needs through their 43 service points across Singapore.

They provide Mandarin counselling support via their hotline.

Hear4U is a confidential WhatsApp helpline that gives users a safe space to seek advice and express their concerns on emotional and mental issues.

Youths, parents, educators and schools can reach the counsellors from TOUCH Youth Intervention via their hotline to find out more about cyber wellness, their relevant programmes, or to get help with cyber wellness issues.

The Mobile Crisis Service is a service by the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) to provide immediate assistance and advice to callers or caregivers facing a mental health crisis.

SOS is dedicated to providing confidential emotional support to individuals facing a crisis, thinking about suicide or affected by suicide. hotline provide round the clock emotional support for those in distress.

Tinkle Friend hotline provides support, advice and information to lonely and distressed primary-school-aged children 7 to 12 years old, especially in situations when their parents or main caregivers are unavailable.

Mental Health Assessments

CHAT provides personalized and confidential mental health checks by mental health professionals for young persons between 16 and 30 who are currently living in Singapore.

Youth mindline is a variant of mindline.sg designed to support the mental health and wellbeing of young people in Singapore. This anonymous platform caters to individuals in their teens and twenties who are curious about mental health related topics, facing anxieties or high levels of stress in school or due to transitions in life, or are trying to make sense of who they are and their life choices.

MindSG is a one-stop online portal for national mental health and well-being resources, to provide Singaporeans with information on mental health and well-being. Mind SG provides mental well-being self-assessment tool for aged 18 and above to assess their state of mental well-being.

Mindside is a care model that provides accessible mental healthcare within the community, for the community. They match individuals at risk of developing anxiety and/or depressive disorders with resources and mental healthcare practitioners in the community.
