We acknowledge and agree that by submitting this form, Gateway Arts Limited may collect, use, and disclose our personal information for donation processing and related communication purposes.
We understand that as an Institution of a Public Character (IPC), Gateway Arts Limited is able to issue tax-deductible receipts for eligible donations. All donations of $50 and above qualify for a 250% tax deduction, subject to IRAS requirements. Donors are required to provide their name as per NRIC/FIN/UEN and their Tax Reference Number (NRIC/FIN/UEN) for tax deduction purposes.
We further acknowledge that all donations made in Singapore Dollars to Gateway Arts Limited are voluntary and non-refundable. We confirm that we have reviewed and verified our donation details before proceeding.
Please submit your completed Donation Form as soon as possible to secure your table, as availability is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For any enquiries, you may email us at support.us@gatewayarts.sg.
